Marley joined the team at E.Y.E. Marine in 2011 as a junior marine engineer. During his time with E.Y.E. he has furthered his marine design capability while gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in the naval architecture field. He obtained his Nova Scotia professional license in 2015.

Following his graduation from Queen’s University in 2010, Marley spent a year working for an international recreational boat designer and manufacturing company, Sealegs, in Auckland, New Zealand.

During his time at E.Y.E., he has collaborated on the design of the HRM passenger ferry (2011/12), an 18 car ferry for the Nova Scotia department of transport (2012/13), and a 24 car ferry for the New Brunswick Department of Transportation. Along with these ferry projects Marley has engineered designs on workboats, tour boats and refit design projects. He’s also provided on site supervision and inspection on multiple projects along with performing inclining experiments, deadweight tonnage surveys and load line surveys.
