Machinery and Auxiliary Systems

An Elco Ep-70 electric inboard motor is kept running by two strings of batteries under the floor.  An array of solar panels on the roof charges these batteries while away from the dock.

The boat is fitting with Lexan viewing panels in the floor, so passengers can see the engine and batteries powering the vessel.

It is fitted out for dining cruises with seating for 44, and a grill located outside the kitchen area on the swim platform.

The vessel is also outfitted with all fire, lifesaving and navigational aids required by TCMS.

The vessel has a fiberglass hull, with a plywood cored upper structure stiffened with foam stiffeners and fiberglass.
